Will the treatment be suitable for my skin type?
Absolutely! The corrector serum is a highly effective solution suitable for all skin colour types, as well as for people with thyroid eye disease and melasma (pregnancy mask). May not be suitable for people with allergies and eczema.
Why do Dark Circles Occur?
Dark circles can occur for several reasons, including fat loss in the area under the eye, and eye bags which cast a shadow, but the biggest cause for most people is peri-orbital skin hyperpigmentation. Genetics and ethnicity can predispose us to be more likely to develop dark circles, and exposure to the sun, high energy visible (HEV) light (from smartphones, tablets, and laptops) and pollutants increases the hyperpigmentation as we age.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
The Dr Sabrina Dark Circles Corrector Serum is swift to act, and results are visible as early as 6 weeks.
Based on an independent study, where 50 patients of all skin types used the serum twice daily, there was a 40-50% reduction in the appearance of peri-orbital hyperpigmentation and between 50-60% reduction in skin sensitivity after just 6 weeks of use.
If you have significant fat loss in the tear trough area, or have developed eye bags, you may also benefit from additional treatments to improve the peri-orbital contour.
How long do I need to use the treatment for?
To maintain the benefits gained from using the Dr Sabrina Dark Circles Corrector Serum, it’s important to continue daily use to prevent peri-orbital hyperpigmentation recurrence, as part of your daily skin care regime.
I have melasma, is the treatment effective?
Yes, the ingredients in the serum with the SPF will effectively reduce melasma and the skin darkness over the eyelid and cheeks due to melasma.
Is the treatment safe to use during pregnancy?
The Dr Sabrina Dark Circles Corrector Serum contains active ingredients, and has not been tested in pregnant women, so we advise against its use during pregnancy and lactation.
Can I use the treatment after blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)?
Yes. Apply the corrector serum treatment around the eye, avoiding the fine scar area.
What is the process if I have an allergic reaction?
Should you have a reaction to one of our products please contact customer care as soon as possible. In duty of care we will email you an allergy and reaction form and advise next steps.
Will the treatment be suitable for my skin type?
Absolutely! The Perfect 360 Eye Protect is a highly effective broad-spectrum synthetic SPF30 suitable for all skin colour types, as well as for people with thyroid eye disease and melasma (pregnancy mask). May not be suitable for people with allergies, rosacea and eczema.

I have melasma, is the treatment effective?
Yes, the ingredients of the “Kiara Molecule” in the SPF will effectively reduce melasma and the skin darkness over the eye lid and cheeks due to melasma.
Is the treatment safe to use during pregnancy?

What is the shelf life of the product?
As with all beauty products, both serum & SPF have to be used within a certain time period. This is known as the 'period after opening' and can be easily identified by the PAO symbol. The symbol can be recognised as the shape of an opened jar and will have a number inside. Once opened the product should be used in this period, as after this time the quality of the product will deteriorate. Due to the applicator and use of this product so close to the eye, it is recommended to use the product for 6 months.
What is the process if I have an allergic reaction?
Should you have a reaction to one of our products please contact customer care as soon as possible. In duty of care we will email you an allergy and reaction form and advise next steps.
Will the cleanser be suitable for my skin type?
Yes. The Hydrating Eye Cleanser is ophthalmologist-formulated and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and dry skin. It is fragrance-free, soap-free, and balanced to maintain the delicate peri-ocular skin barrier.
Why do I need a separate cleanser for the eye area?
The skin around the eyes is thinner and more fragile than the rest of the face, and many regular cleansers or makeup removers can strip essential lipids or cause irritation. This formula gently removes impurities and eye makeup without disrupting the skin barrier.
Can I use it if I wear contact lenses or eyelash extensions?
Yes. It is safe for contact lens wearers and suitable for use with lash extensions. Simply ensure your eyes are closed during cleansing and rinse gently.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Immediately after use, the skin feels clean, hydrated, and refreshed. With regular use, you may notice smoother, calmer, and less dehydrated peri-ocular skin within 2–3 weeks.
Can it be used after eye treatments or surgery?
Yes, once the skin has fully healed and your practitioner confirms it is safe to resume cleansing. The formula helps support barrier recovery after procedures such as blepharoplasty, microneedling, or laser.
Is it safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We do not advise it, even though it does not contain retinoids, acids, or other ingredients considered unsafe during pregnancy, however has not been tested in pregnant women.
How do the red (630 nm) and near‑infrared (830 nm) lights work?
- Red light (630 nm) supports collagen and elastin production in the peri‑orbital skin.
- Near‑infrared light (830 nm) penetrates deeper and supports cellular repair and regeneration.
- Together, they help improve fine lines, puffiness, tone, and discolouration around the eye.
How can I test for sensitivity to LED therapy?
- Start with a 2‑minute test on the inner forearm.
- Observe the skin over 24–48 hours for redness, heat, tingling, or discomfort.
- If no reaction occurs, progress to full 10‑minute sessions.
- Essential for users with light sensitivity or those on photosensitising medications.
Are there contraindications?
Do not use if you:
- Have photosensitive conditions (Porphyria, Lupus, photosensitive eczema, albinism).
- Take medications/herbal supplements that cause photosensitivity.
- Have epilepsy or light‑triggered migraines.
- Are pregnant.
- Have allergies to silicone or hydrocolloid adhesives.
What is the recommended usage schedule?
- 10 minutes per session, 3–5 times weekly for 4 weeks (12 treatments).
- Maintenance: 1–2 times weekly.
- Always use as directed (peel → stick → turn on & relax).
Can the LED mask help pigmentation or dark circles?
- LED and the bright Eye Hydrocolloid patches target discolouration and dullness and improves circulation.
- Clinical results show brighter, plumper skin after 12 sessions.
- Bright eye Hydrocolloid patches provide brightening ingredients (Azelaic Acid, Ascorbic Acid)
Can I use other skincare with the LED mask?
- Yes—ensure skin is clean and dry before use.
- Avoid applying strong actives (retinoids/acids) immediately before LED until tolerance is known.
- Safe to apply serums/creams after treatment.
What precautions should I follow?
- Do not reuse hydrocolloid patches—they are single‑use only.
- Do not share the LED mask (single‑user medical‑grade hygiene).
- Avoid looking directly into LEDs; try to keep eyes closed during treatment.
- Stop use if redness, heat, or irritation persists.
- Keep away from children and store safely.
When will I see results?
- Improvements typically visible after 12 treatments (3×/week for 4 weeks).
- Users report brighter, firmer skin and softened lines.
- Results continue to improve with consistent maintenance use.

Should I use the LED mask in the morning or at night?
You may use it at any time. Morning use brightens and refreshes; evening use supports the skin’s repair cycle. Consistency is key.

Do I need to clean the LED mask? How should I clean it?
Yes. Wipe with a water-based wipe before or after each use. For stubborn marks, use 70% isopropyl alcohol. Allow to air dry. Do not soak or submerge.
Is it normal for the skin to feel slightly “pulled” when using the Bright Eye Hydrocolloid Patches?
Yes — a gentle pulling sensation is completely normal.
The Bright Eye Hydrocolloid Patches use a skin-safe adhesive designed to keep the patch securely in place while delivering its active ingredients.
Tip for comfortable removal:
Gently hold the cheek skin taut and slowly peel the patch away from the skin. This reduces any tugging and ensures a smooth, comfortable removal every time.
