Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United Kingdom) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. Please be advised, that international shipments may be inspected or held by customs in YOUR country for any reason. This is a matter that is completely out of our control, and there is NOTHING we can do for you. We cannot contact customs officials in YOUR country to request that a package be released or to request any information. In the event a customs issue arises, please DO NOT ask us to fix it. No amount of complaining to us can change the fact that THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO.
