Unopened & Unused Products:

If the product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be issued within 7-14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Opened & Unused Products:

We currently do not accept returns for any unsealed products.

Damaged Products:

If you’ve received a damaged product, email your order details along with a clear photograph of the damaged product to customerservice@drsabrina.com We will process your email and arrange a free replacement if you are found eligible.
